Operation of security services, sales, administration, and execution of services within customer contracts and all associated ancillary activities, as well as the mediation of products and services of Sekuris GmbH.
Collection, storage, and processing of personal data includes in particular:
- Personal information of employees (e.g., name, address, date of birth, marital status, profession/industry, payroll data)
- Contract data (customer contracts)
- Personal information of customer representatives and contact persons
- Personal information of contact persons and responsible parties of our suppliers, including billing-relevant data
- Contract data of suppliers
- Video surveillance for evidence collection in cases of vandalism or fraud

Data Retention Periods
Personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes mentioned above. In cases of statutory retention periods, deletion occurs after expiration of such periods.
